- Is there a free trial?
- The free tier is permanent — start there and upgrade when you outgrow it. Full subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current annual period. You keep Full access until then.
- Who pays — the PTA or an individual?
- The PTA. The subscription is attached to the school, not an individual committee member, so it survives committee handovers.
- I joined during the beta — what happens to me?
- Everyone who joined during the beta keeps free Full access until 31 August 2027. After that, schools that want unlimited events subscribe; others drop to the free tier automatically.
