Buying tickets

Your school's PTA sells tickets through Upfayre. You don't need an account: choose your tickets, pay by card, and they're emailed to you. The money goes straight to the PTA.

1. Choose your tickets

Open the link the PTA shared, or scan the QR code on their poster. Use + and − to choose how many of each ticket you'd like, then tap Pay now.

If the tickets are free, the button says Get free tickets instead, and you just leave your name and email address.

2. A few details

Some events need something for each ticket: a name, a meal choice or a child's class. If so, you'll be asked before you pay. Fill in each ticket and tap Continue to payment.

3. Pay

You'll pay by card on Stripe's secure payment page. Your card details go to Stripe, not to Upfayre or the PTA. Changed your mind? Go back, and your choice is still there. Nothing is charged until you finish paying.

4. Your tickets

As soon as you've paid, you'll see your tickets, each with its own QR code, and a Download tickets PDF button. We also email them to you, with the PDF attached.

Can't find them later? Search your email for the PTA's name and open View your tickets.

On the night

Show each ticket's QR code at the door, on your phone or printed. Each ticket is scanned once, so if you're arriving separately, send each person their own ticket.

Refunds and questions

The PTA sells the tickets, so for a refund or a question about the event, contact them directly, the same way you would about anything else at school. If they refund you, it goes back to the card you paid with, and we'll email you to confirm.
